Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes, all dogs must be current on vaccinations. Please bring records on the first visit. Bordetella for "kennel cough" is required. Flea and tick prevention is also required.
Do you take intact male dogs of any age?
Yes, we can accommodate intact male dogs, regardless of age.
Do you accept puppies under 12 months?
Yes, we accept puppies from 8 weeks old and up. Special care may be needed for very young dogs which may result in additional fees.
What if I can't pick up my dog when scheduled?
We understand that life happens. We're happy to accommodate travel emergencies during boarding or unexpected overnight stays when something comes up.
How many dogs are on site each day?
We board a maximum of eight to ten dogs at any time. There may be an extra dog or two during the day to accommodate emergencies or pick up complications. This is in addition to Bear, our dog-in-residence.
Do you do same-day drop ins or meetings?
No, we are unable to accommodate most same-day drop ins or meetings for doggy daycare and boarding. We will work with extenuating circumstances. Please call or text prior to dropping off.
Can you accommodate special needs?
Yes, we can accommodate special sleeping arrangements, exercise, medicine administration and feeding requirements. These may result in additional fees.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Anything to make your dog comfortable. We are able to provide regular food and water dishes. We can also provide bedding.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard reservations cancelled at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
If changes or cancellations are made during the stay, you will be charged for the whole reservation.
Holiday cancellations* require 7 days notice. Reservations cancelled within seven days of drop off will pay 50% of reservation cost. Cancellations within six days will pay full reservation cost.
